Suomen Karbonaatti Oy manufactures and supplies Ground Calcium Carbonate (GCC) coating pigments and fillers for Paper and Board Industry. Our products are HYDROCARB, COVERCARB, ECONOCARB, SETACARB and OMYAGLOSS.

Suomen Karbonaatti Oy is jointly owned by Nordkalk Corporation (51 %) and Omya Group (49 %). Marble mine is owned by major shareholder Nordkalk Oy Ab, which supplies raw material. Omya Oy takes care of sales, marketing, technology and R&D. The manufacturing process is based on Omya’s know-how.

Our factory is located in Lappeenranta Ihalainen industrial area.

The products are liquid and all delivered by tanker trucks.
